It has all the info needed for your vacation from check in to check out. Also make sure you check your Airbnb or VRBO messages leading up to and during your stay as that’s how we stay in touch with door codes and other important stuff you may need to know to make your vacation smooth.
Village at Camelback Renter Information Form
This form is required of all renters at the Village to register your vehicles and occupants.
Be sure to complete all highlighted fields, sign and send back to camelbackfun@gmail.com at least 72 hours before check-in.
If you booked within the 72 hour window please return it as soon as you can on the same day you booked.
Note that it may be easiest to complete the form on a computer, print, sign and snap a photo to email back to us. We realize this isn’t ideal but the community is working on a better solution.

Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Indoor Tennis/Pickleball, Fitness Center, Ping Pong, Basketball
- Sunday – Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm
- Friday & Saturday, Noon to 7:30pm
